**Responsibilities**:
**Shipping**
- Daily outbound shipment packing is to be completed accurately and timely in order for forwarders collection.
- Stock counting and Housekeeping (Daily)
- Put away of raw materials/Parts to designated location and perform system transaction into SAP system
- Backup when necessary
- Part issuance of raw materials / Parts to PSA ( Production Supply area) and perform system transaction into SAP system - Backup when necessary

**Put away**
- Put away (Daily,Put away of raw materials/Parts to designated location and perform system transaction into SAP system)
- Stock counting and Housekeeping (Daily)
- Part issuance of raw materials / Parts to PSA ( Production Supply area) and perform system transaction into SAP system - Backup when necessary
- Receiving and Shipping - Backup when necessary

**Parts Issuance**
- Daily part issuance of raw materials / Parts to PSA ( Production Supply area) and perform system transaction into SAP system
- Daily replenishment of raw materials / Parts in warehouse ( Bin to Bin ) and perform system transaction into SAP system
- Stock counting and Housekeeping (Daily)
- Put away of raw materials/Parts to designated location and perform system transaction into SAP system
- Backup when necessary

**Receiving**
- Receiving ( Daily, ensure that receiving of raw material is counted timely and update to SAP system within 24 hours from time of acceptance from suppliers)
- Put away (Daily, Put away of raw materials/Parts to designated location and perform system transaction into SAP system)
- Housekeeping (Daily)
- Stock counting and Part issuance - Backup when necessary

Qualifications:

- At least Secondary / ITE education
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operation.
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Basic computer and communication skills.
