This is an unique opportunity to lead the adoption and integration of Generative AI across Institutional Banking Group (IBG), shaping the future of banking through cutting-edge AI and agentic technologies.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, with a strong foundation in corporate/institutional banking, project management, data, and technology. Experience in driving innovation, experimentation, and navigating complex transformation journeys is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities* Lead strategic GenAI initiatives across domains such as IBG sales, credit, and KYC, ensuring alignment with IBG?s business priorities.* Drive end-to-end project executionfrom ideation and prototyping to production deployment.* Collaborate cross-functionallywith data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and implement AI-powered solutions.* Champion a culture of innovation, identifying and testing new opportunities to apply GenAI for measurable business impact.* Engage and align stakeholdersacross business units through clear communication and influence.* Translate technical capabilities into business value, serving as a bridge between AI technologies and commercial outcomes.* Track and report project performance, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and outcomes.Requirements* Bachelor?s degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.* Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.* Strong ability to understand business needs and communicate with IBG Relationship Managers.* Deep understanding ofcorporate/institutional banking business and operations.* Proven track record inproject management, delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.* Strong background in banking, data, or technology, with a deep understanding of AI applications in financial services.* End-to-End Project Execution & Management (GenAI Focus): Proven ability to drive projects from ideation and prototyping to production deployment, specifically within an AI/GenAI context.
This includes managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.* Corporate/Institutional Banking Business & Operations Acumen: Deep understanding of the specific business processes, products, and operational nuances within IBG (e.g., sales, credit, KYC).
