**About the role**:

- The T&C Lead Engineer will assist the T&C Manager in overseeing all testing and commissioning activities of the Contractors, including coordinating related activities that interface with the project.
- The T&C Lead Engineer will help lead the OE’s testing and commissioning team and coordinate with the Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Team, the OE’s design team, and the Contractors. This collaboration will focus on reviewing the development and execution of the Contractors' testing and commissioning plans to ensure the achievement of project milestones for each EPC Contract.
- The T&C Lead Engineer will support the T&C Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Contractors' testing and commissioning activities, including managing interfaces between EPC Package 1 and EPC Package 2. This oversight will encompass the entire process from dry/cold commissioning to hot commissioning, culminating in successfully completing the commissioning process and trial run, including optimization of plant operations with the Contractors and Operations & Maintenance teams.
- The role includes participation in regular T&C Coordination Meetings with the Contractor and/or other Contractors on adjacent sites, which may also include Client representatives.
- The T&C Lead Engineer will handle any other tasks delegated by the T&C Manager as needed.

**About you**:

- The T&C Lead Engineers shall have at least 5 years of hands-on relevant experience in testing and commissioning (and operation) of large scale solid waste management projects (Waste to Energy - WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment), or experience with large scale industrial/process/utilities projects (i.e. waste, water, oil & gas, power) testing and commissioning.
- The T&C Lead Engineer to have a relevant engineering degree or certification.
