**Retail Sales Associates**

**Job Summary**

Our client is one of the world's longstanding luxury brands seeking to hire a few Retail Sales Associates. Your role is to be the brand ambassador, introduce the brand and engage clients with the brand. Provide outstanding client experience that is personalised, efficient, and discrete. Deliver quality and consistency of service including identifying customers needs, developing client relationships, selling, and delivering post-sale services.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships
- Build and maintain client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and thank you notes, scheduling appointments to review new product lines, and inviting to store events
- Ability to manage basic store operations: opening and closing of stores procedures, processing shipment/transfers promptly, merchandising goods on the sales floor, maintaining perfect visual standards, and communicating replenishment needs.
- Contributes towards the store reaching and exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual objectives and goals; also responsible for reaching and exceeding personal sales goals.
- Partners with store management to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative, and approachable shopping environment
- All other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of prior high-end retail experience preferred.
- Displays an energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and create productive client relationships.
