Manage full spectrum of accounting functions, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, reconciliation and etc - General accounting including General Ledger up to Trial balance (include passing Journal Voucher) - Preparation of Treasury package reporting and cash flow management - Monthly preparation of Management report / Inventory report / Notes to the Accounts - Quarterly preparation for Cash Flow statement / Balance Sheet - Oversee Account Receivable / Account Payable scope of work - Ad-hoc Management reports, government reports etc. - Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules - Furnish information for corporate tax preparation - Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register - Reconciliation for inter-companies’ balances and obtain inter-companies’ confirmation during month-end closing - Prepare financial statements including IFRS reporting - Preparation of quarterly GST statement reporting - Manage Fixed Asset Register - Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and Bank Reconciliations - Preparation and posting of journal entries for month-end closing - Month-end cost analysis and variance analysis **Requirements**: - Degree / Higher Diploma in Accountancy/ ACCA - **Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable**: - Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure - Meticulous and a team player - **Proficient in Excel Functions (V Lookup & Pivot Tables)**: - **Experience in ERP system, Microsoft Navision a plus or with other accounting software**: - Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, committed & possess a "can do" attitude - Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST - **Working location at Tampines or Tuas Area** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - 13th month salary - Yearly bonus
