**Job Description**:

- Our client is looking for a mid-level US qualified associate with approximately 3-6 years solid experience of US Corporate M&A / PE work.
- Your experience will have been gained from within a top international law firm.
- You should have excellent academics, with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent, as transcripts will be requested.
