Harvest Advisors holds a Capital Markets Securities (CMS) licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We provide asset management services for institutional investors as well as private wealth management solutions for high-net worth investors in Asia. Our clients include sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, listed companies, and family offices.

Harvest Advisors is affiliated to the Harvest Group. Set up in 1999, the Group is one of the first asset managers in China and currently one of the largest with assets under management of about USD 200 billion, employing more than 1,300 staff globally, with offices in China, Hong Kong, London, New York and Singapore.

With more than 300 investment professionals, the Group’s extensive research capabilities form the bedrock upon which it has built a wide range of investment strategies across active management of Chinese and Asian equities and fixed income, passive index strategies, private equity and real estate.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking self-starters to join us as Client Advisors.

Your opportunities:
- Leverage on the Group’s branding to create a strong value proposition for Accredited Investors.
- Extend our awarding winning asset management products and tailored private wealth services to clients.
- Participate in a competitive revenue sharing incentive plan with basic allowance and benefits.

Your attributes:

- Motivated, client focused and entrepreneurial, with strong client relationships in the accredited investors segment
- Sales or investment experience preferably in the financial services industry from priority/private banking or financial and wealth planning
- Resourceful with proven track record in sales management of overseas markets
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Possess professional integrity
- Degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in Asian languages and English

Your Responsibilities:

- Acquire new client relationships and generate net new assets to grow a portfolio of High Net Worth clientele
- Responsible for all AML aspects of the client relationship, including KYC
- Develop, manage and maintain overall relationship with the client, providing a holistic client experience
- Provide assistance on suitable investment products and continuously satisfy the needs of each client, ensuring healthy and strong client relationships
- Work across various segments, channels and borders by leveraging upon good understanding and knowledge of wealth management services
- Actively support new business initiatives and contribute towards the development of the business
