Singapore CPG FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE LTD Full time

Provide project management for upgrading and improvement of infrastructure facilities, routine and cyclical project which includes providing input during project conceptualizing stage, developing and facilitating action plan to ensure coherence in planning parameters for facilities, timely execution of planning/action.
- Working closely with Adviser to Grassroots Organisations, panel of external consultants and contractor.
- Monitor and evaluate all on-going projects; ensure that all works in progress are in-line with the proposed work schedules and budget and approve budgets and operation expenditure in line with the financial policy.
- Any other duties is assigned by the Supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management; cyclical work such as Addition & Alteration, Repairs & Redecorations and fitting out works.
- RTO certified
- Good interpersonal and leadership qualities.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.
- A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
