**Position Summary**

Our client is looking for a Compliance & Risk Analyst to join their Singapore team.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Ensure the business compliance through collaboration with internal stakeholders and service providers to carry out AML/KYC procedures, as well as manage escalations process, etc.
- Report findings, recommend corrective actions, prepare standard AML/KYC reports for management review on a periodic basis.
- Assist the team in the management of key regulatory and internal compliance processes, such as routine MAS returns preparation, collation of data for regulatory surveys.
- Assist the team in the management of trading restriction lists as well as conflicts of interests across all levels of the firm and funds.
- Support the team in implementing the risk management and control framework of the firm
- Perform reviews of key risks and controls, and prepare related reports to management
- Support the governance and oversight of the Risk Management Committee and the Board of Directors
