We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a **Partnerships Intern** to join our **Growth and Intelligence Marketing**team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery.

For this internship, we will require you to commit 3 to 5 working days per week for 6 months.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop a strong understanding of **Castlery's brand identity, product offerings, and target customer segments**.
- Identify and recommend **suitable influencers** for brand collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Stay informed on **trends, consumer behavior, and market shifts** specific to the US market.
- Manage **influencer communications and inbound enquiries**, with guidance and support from the team.
- Contribute to **creative content ideation** for both evergreen campaigns and key sales periods.

**What you'll need**:

- Solid understanding of major social media platforms—particularly **Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube**—with up-to-date knowledge of platform best practices, content formats, and trending audio/content in the **US market**.
- **Excellent command of English**, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated **project management capabilities**, with a proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.
