**Kickstart Your Career in BIM with Our On-the-Job Training Program**

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as **Junior BIM Modellers**. No prior BIM experience? No problem If you have a basic understanding of AutoCAD and come from any engineering or design-related background, we’ll help you upskill through our structured on-the-job training program.

**Preferred Backgrounds**:

- Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Aerospace, or Maritime Engineering
- Building Services, Plant Design, Clean Energy
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree holders in related disciplines

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and modifying BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools
- Collaborate with design teams and engineers to produce accurate 3D models and documentation
- Participate in coordination meetings and model reviews
- Maintain and update BIM libraries and templates

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Willingness to learn BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
- Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
