**Product Manager**
- Strategic: Participate in discussions, understand the product's business model and the international market landscape. Identify customer pain points and define clear product requirements that address these needs. keeping in mind the global and local market environment. Translate insights into product requirements that meet the needs of clients across diverse regions.
- Platform Design & Development: Create the architecture, feature development, and scalability of the next-generation SaaS platform, ensuring flexibility and modern cloud-based architecture. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Business responsibility: based on business planning, to create a reasonable business model, including operations management processes, business modeling, and product definition.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through to deployment, ensuring that the platform meets quantifiable business goals.

**Basic Knowledge：**
- Strong logical thinking and system abstraction skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Must be highly self-motivated and capable of leading a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and metrics to inform decisions, ensuring continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities in the OTT and SaaS spaces.
- Market Development: Spearheaded the product launch and operations, leveraging the drawing on global resources and insights.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a must.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software systems, particularly in cloud services for content management or large-scale internet platforms (B2B and B2C) with millions of users. Experience in designing open platforms is preferred.
- SaaS and Video App experience will be preferred.
- Proven ability to operate in start-up environments, with experience in unicorn-level companies preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in large-scale software design methodologies (RUP, UML), with strong experience in cloud-based systems and scalable architectures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Must be self-driven and capable of operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Global Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, understanding the needs of global clients and adapting strategies to different markets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in unicorn startups or similar high-growth environments.
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS architectures and large-scale product design.
- OTT and video streaming experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with mobile/TV app ecosystems (iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV) and content delivery.
