We are looking for a **Content & Communication Specialis**t for PIF Capital, your role is critical in in our Marketing team due to our rapid business expansion activities.

**Critical Competencies / Critical Success Factors**

You will develop and implement integrated marketing communication planning working closely with the larger Marketing and Sales Team as well as the IPO Project team.. W
- Must be sharp, communicative and highly motivated to deliver outstanding marketing communication in a fast-pace, innovative environment
- At least 3 years of regional communication experience in the event or education or corporate finance industries
- Ability navigate and work in a matrix organisation. Excellent stakeholder management skill and good at driving collaboration and business alignment between marketing, communications and sales team.
- Good at leading communications and developing contents in both physical and virtual shows and events
- Ability to develop and create contents to articulate our offerings across all digital media platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- An understanding of content marketing and/or predictive marketing would be a plus
- Performance-oriented and a can-do attitude
- Good communication and writing skills with an excellent command of the English language
- Able to communicate in Chinese language to coordinate and handle queries from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the development of market content matter
- Tech-savviness and a good understanding of web-tools and platforms for marketing would be desirable
- A good team player with initiative, creativity and resourcefulness
**Key Accountabilities**
- External communications_
- Develop and implement the regional segment marketing communication plan, based on regional and local segment marketing plans and sales plan..
- Measure and continuously improve and lead marketing communications around key segment marketing projects and product launches, as well as new concept solutions and marketing events for all segments in the region and provide inputs on best practices and learnings to the management team.
- Support and further develop our position as a leading capital resource platform company through;
- Contributing to the development and execution of a thought leadership approach for the regional market, in line with the overall positioning of PIF’s strategy and brand positioning.
- Internal Communicatons_
- Establishing efficient processes around the creation of content to drive business and specific segment marketing objectives in the markets
- Maintain an up to date marketing communication collateral and website content for as per approved marcom plan and brand guidelines..
- Contribute to the continuous development and implementation of PIF’s Branding and Marketing Communications strategy in the region, including brand messaging, visual identity, event materials and PR initiatives Internal communication
