- OtherThe Advance Care Planning (ACP) Assistant Manager (T&C) will be a part of the ACP National Office (NO) at AIC, supporting and driving the implementation of a national ACP programme in Singapore. He/She will work closely with the T&C Workgroup, consisting of clinicians and practitioners, to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that are relevant to the current ACP landscape.
- Co-lead the review of standard ACP training curriculum, training delivery, and resources related to ACP.
- Drive the implementation of training programs in collaboration with the Learning Institutes (LI) and consultation with Training and Curriculum Workgroup
- Develop ACP training and awareness resources by partnering with clinicians to create and curate training resources, such as clinical guidelines, instructional videos, and case scenarios, that are relevant to ACP.
- Develop and document training policies and guidelines for ACP, ensuring alignment with ACP National Office (NO) objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Engage, collaborate, and manage ACP Service Providers, which includes fund administration, to achieve desired programme outcomes.
- Support projects and initiatives related to ACP training implementation
- Provide secretariat support for ACP related workgroups and committees

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design and training delivery, preferably in the healthcare or end-of-life care sector
- With basic knowledge of ACP principles, ethical considerations, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and interactive training techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences and facilitate engaging learning experiences
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
