**About the role**

**What you will be doing**
- Manage key accounts through maintaining close contact with stakeholders
- Determine customer requirements to develop logistics IT solutions
- Collaborate with customers to ensure effective implementation of customers’ logistics IT projects
- Review logistics IT enabled processes and systems for areas of improvement
- Implement standardised customer-centric logistics IT solutions
- Facilitate Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) procedures with customer’s host system, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) connection with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
- Facilitate different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs
- Develop integrated project plans that include scope and resources required
- Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
- Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency
- Provide onsite support for Go-live

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years of implementation / support experience with Warehouse Management
- Experience in Manhattan WMOS, database and SQL statement would be a plus
- Quick learner and fast thinker with strong ability to respond and solve problem in an efficient manner
- Able to work independently as well as to participate effectively in a team environment
- Strong computer and digital skills e.g. Microsoft Office 365 products, apps and services
