This role is accountable to ensure that all CS platforms are build in accordance to Singtel Digital Core Platform standards and seamless integration with other platforms like API gateway, monitoring and logging, data lake, Integration platform

You will be accountable on Business Support Systems (BSS) architecture roadmap and strategic planning. Define the OSS architecture roadmap for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and transform into delivery team for implementation. You will also be responsible for the management of architects and developers.

In addition, you will also be responsible to establish our Software Engineering and operation resources at our Pune Delivery Centre - include resource planning to grow our software engineering skillset, optimize cost to operate, training plan to upskill resources and ensure quality delivery

You must be able to work in a large, complex and dynamic environment, have strong architecture skills and ability to drive delivery of small to complex business digitalization initiatives. You will be working with a range of different third party vendors and thus requires having strong influential and vendor management skills to drive positive outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure delivery in accordance with SingTel/Optus IT’s strategic standards with essential quality in place via proper deliverables, review & acceptance testing.
- Drive Singtel design principles and strategy
- Work closely with different technical groups and SME’s to fulfil e2e solution objective
- Work with vendors (local and offshore), negotiating solution costs and ensure quality over their deliverables with proper acceptance, review & processes
- Ensure solutions meets all requirements including business functional requirements, IT operations requirements, audit and control requirements, etc.
- Act as a technical product SME on MicroServices and Security with Business and InfoSec
- Resolve issues encountered by Pune Delivery Centre with Pune Management Lead on resources issues and skillset enablement
- Min. 15 years of experience in evaluating and managing technical, business and commercial issues and risks as well as the associated complexity.
- Strong architecture skillset with proven delivery of MicroServices Architecture
- Ability to lead the development and production support of Core Systems microservices capability and architect innovative solutions
- Strong ability to orchestrate outsourced delivery while working with technology partners to execute the delivery of these solutions.
- Strong knowledge on payment management and payment industry best practices
- Provide technical leadership and guide the team to work collaboratively with the vendors to deliver high quality solution, on schedule, on budget and meet all requirements
- Strong experience and expertise in Customer Relation Management (CRM) and/or Ordering (order capture, integration, channel support, orchestration), and/or Billing (Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Payment, Settlement), and/or Fulfilment (Service Management, Resource Inventory, Activation, Orchestration)
- Certified TMForum member (preferred)
- Technical knowledge on Amdocs CES suite (preferred)
