**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support and market analysis / reports for the broker desk and their various clients on a regular basis.
- Develop daily and weekly reports on open shipping positions, market fixtures and other relevant market variables.
- Take charge of keeping our industry databases and records precise and up to date in coordination with the rest of the team.
- Assist the brokering desk with ad-hoc support on the day to day as needed by a demanding and constantly changing market environment. Independently as well as in cooperation with the Poten LNG Analytics Team, develop reports and focus papers on global events and their impact on the LNG shipping market.

**Qualifications**
- University degree with a track record of commitment and delivering results.
- Ability to speak/write English fluently is critical but other languages such as Mandarin, Korean or Japanese will also be an advantage.
- Team-player, capable of communicating and interacting easily, comfortably and respectfully with clients and colleagues, from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds.
- Selfstarter and proactive with a healthy portion of curiosity and drive.
- Ability to gather, understand and process information and data, and present conclusions clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
