**MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and prioritize business development activities and customer/prospect contacts towards achieving agreed business aims, especially managing personal time and productivity
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to identify new clients, and also opportunities with existing clients.
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio/accounts according to an agreed market development strategy.
- To meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closing of business opportunities.
- Accountable for following up closely with accounts and clients
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high level of client satisfaction and development of relationship.
**Job specifications**:

- Degree in Business Studies/Sales& Marketing//Human Resources/Psychology
- Min 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management/management consultancy
- Proven experience, achievements and leadership in business development and account management
