**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead CSA design on assigned regional Data Center (DC) projects
- Manage appointed consultants and contractors
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to develop CSA Employer's Requirements for new projects
- Identify and manage CSA related issues during the design phase
- Resolve issues with other team members, consultants, and vendors throughout all project phases
- Review the detailed project CSA design prepared by appointed vendors against regional and/or group design standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to identify opportunities for value engineering to reduce costs and improve schedules without compromising quality or reliability
- Support Due Diligence teams in site selection and master planning
- Champion and perform engineering innovation to support continued DC performance improvements
- Support project risk assessment, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery planning
- Deputize for the Project Engineering Director on assigned projects as required
- Develop personnel within CSA specialization area
- Review work within the area of specialization performed by others.

**Key Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of design and practical construction experience in data center, large industrial, warehouse, or commercial projects is necessary.
- Professional development within Civil, Structural, or Architectural is preferred.
- A Professional Engineer (C&S) or Qualified Person (Architect) certification is preferred.
- Functional knowledge of industry standards, environmental codes, building codes, and safety standards, including the International Building Code, is necessary.
- Experience in projects with large-scale mechanical and power systems is required.
- Relevant experience with projects valued at a minimum of $200m is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and the MS Office Suite is necessary.
- Experience in Data Center design is required.
- Knowledge of TIA 942 and Uptime Institute is necessary.
- Excellent written and communication skills are required.
- Experience working across multiple Asian countries with demonstrated cultural sensitivity is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as part of the job scope is necessary.
