As part of the Coaching team, you will be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design. **Who we're looking for**: Education and Professional Certification - Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics - 3 to 4 years **_ OR_** - Degree in Nutrition - 3 years + Post-Graduate Diploma in Dietetics **_ OR_** - Degree in Science, majoring in Physiology and Biochemistry + Master’s Degree in Dietetics - 2 years **_ AND_** - Registered with Accredited Dietitian of Singapore (ADS) Experience - Have 2 years of experience with clients from various backgrounds and different health conditions including physical chronic diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetic - Passionate or willing to learn about healthy living, motivational interviewing, and interdisciplinary health care - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand clients’ underlying problems that need to be highlighted - Able to identify and assess client condition from all perspective and present solutions in helping clients to reach their goals **What you’ll be doing** - Provide nutritional counselling and behavioural change coaching to clients - Review daily progress of members and provide feedback to ensure that members stay on track in achieving their goal; - Develop lesson content, coaching method, training materials - Plan and conduct health psychology related training programmes, talks, webinars, and workshops to client **Perks**: - Flexible Paid Time-Off: We believe in work-life balance - Medical Insurance or Allowance: Your well-being is our priority. - Free use of our digital healthcare app, providing 24/7 access to medical experts. - Free therapy sessions: Mental health matters too **Our Culture**: - We empower teams to prioritize customer value and plan their way to achieve it. - We love our get-togethers - be they virtual or physical, over lunch or evening outings. - We encourage the use of our unlimited holiday days policy (just ensure your team isn't left in the lurch) - We thrive on principles like "Act like an Owner", "Keep it Simple", "Trial and Error", "Fail fast", "Disagree and Commit", and "Think Big". **Our People**: We're a diverse group of Scuba Divers, Cooks, Travellers, and Enigmatologists (you might need to Google that), Video Gamer heroes, Movie Buffs, Readers, Swimmers, Board Gamers, Music Lovers, every other variety of people.
