**Role**:
The Splunk Immersive Experience Centre (SIE) is being launched in Singapore as a regional Executive briefing showcase for hosting regional enterprise and government customers.

This executive briefing center has been thoughtfully crafted to showcase industry-specific solutions for known used cases and highlight tangible business value and outcomes that Splunk and AWS can deliver.

Additionally, this showcase has been designed to bring customers and partners on a journey of what's possible by demonstrating combined Industry solutions powered by Splunk technology. The SIE brings to life real world customer problems from across multiple industries and helps build an engaging, memorable experience.

By enabling this inspirational discovery, we can bring to bear their industry knowledge and expertise to help customers achieve their objectives and goals faster and more efficiently.

Do you have experience in leading a customer briefing center, building, hosting, managing, and delivering Executive customer briefings, in coordination with sales teams, partnering with sales leadership, sales directors and account managers?

We are hiring an expert Technology sales - Industry executive to be responsible for SIE Center located in Singapore. This role will partner with our ANZ, Asia and Japan sales divisions, as well as our partner and channel organization who will demonstrate and use this facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely across multiple teams and across the APAC region, including Australia and New Zealand, Asia, and Japan.- Be responsible for the day-to-day process for the APAC SIE from handling requests, building agendas, aligning support across teams and delivering the newly built immersive customer experience- Coordinate presenters and Splunk Executives to improve the best possible customer experience.- Supervise critical success metrics and report on program effectiveness, compiling regular reports of performance and results to share with sales and marketing collaborators- Analyze performance and suggest ways to improve and optimize programs
- Based on customer and sales feedback, help propose future changes to the SIE for subsequent phases of the platform.

**I’ve already done that or have that**
- Demonstrated ability in a sales, consulting and or marketing role- Experience running executive marketing programs, leading marketing events and collaborating with project teams- Ability to partner across multiple different departments and regions throughout APAC- Experience and technical ability to lead platforms like Salesforce, Smartsheet, Google Suite- An open, problem solving attitude with a willingness to learn new skills- A keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills and work to deadlines- Professional and energetic demeanor and ability to interact efficiently with sales, marketing and other internal teams- Very comfortable in dealing with the “C” suite: you have a record of customer C-Level engagements.- Deliver persuasive presentations with executives- Relevant software validated experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management and security.- Adaptable and thrives in a constantly evolving environment and demonstrate resilience.- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate.
- Strong ability to demonstrate building of customer relationships.

**OTE Range**

For sales roles starting salaries are expressed as On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base + on-target incentives in the form of sales commission plans).
