Halcyon Knights is seeking highly motivated and skilled **School ICT Officers** to join a state government department in SA to play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of secure and efficient ICT network infrastructure and services to government schools and preschools across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and undertake Project Administration Activities
- Contribute to Project Delivery
- Technical Administration
- Provide Technical Support
- Review and Improve Documentation and Processes
- Develop Positive Partnerships and Communication Networks

**Essential**:

- Previous experience working in schools or the education sector ICT divisions.
- Working with children check.
- Proven experience in ICT project administration, infrastructure management, and network remediation.
- Must be able to travel to schools.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of hardware installation, configuration, and ICT systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
- A commitment to promoting a safe and healthy working environment.

- ICT Network Services and Microsoft Environment:

- Experience in supporting the delivery of quality ICT network services, practices, and technologies, particularly within a Microsoft environment.
- Proficient in providing advice, managing projects, and developing policies related to ICT.
- Skilled in coordinating workloads with competing priorities, monitoring systems, analyzing information, and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
- Customer Service and ICT Knowledge:

- Experience in providing high-quality customer service in an ICT environment.
- Understanding of enterprise ICT systems, functionality, and implementation approaches.
- Agency Knowledge:

- Sound knowledge of agency programs, policies, and activities.
- ICT Infrastructure and Security:

- Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including server and desktop hardware, network peripherals, mobile devices, etc.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, networking, and information system security principles, practices, and technologies within a Microsoft technologies environment, with a particular focus on schools and preschools.
