The incumbent will be responsible to drive growth in the Affluent and High Net Worth (HNW) business through agency. He/she will implement initiatives, sales & promotion activities, to grow the Affluent & HNW business and the number of Personal Wealth Managers for the HNW Prestige Club.

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Plan and execute activities for Prestige Club members to support them in their HNW prospecting activities
- Work with Clusters and Districts to increase awareness of the Club and retention rate of HNW members through promotion of the Club benefits and privileges.
- Ongoing enhancement of benefits and privileges, and activities for HNW Prestige Club.
- Organize training on technical knowledge and lifestyle topics for Prestige members & agency.
- Work closely with HNW team & location representatives to roll out sales related activities and campaigns.
- Develop and update sales aids & marketing materials as required.
- Work with Brands and Corp Comm to heighten the image of HNW FSCs
- To have basic knowledge in wealth management tools like wills, trusts, /family offices, etc. in order to further understand the more complex needs of the HNW client.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor degree in business, insurance and/or finance-related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in business development in financial services.
- Good knowledge in insurance products, especially those in the HNW arena.
- Highly driven individual with strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exhibit strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic and a good team player.
- Positive, resilient and self-driven personality.
- Good presentation skills is a plus.
- Some exposure to agency and those with required insurance licenses (eg. M5, M9) preferred
