Talent Acquisition Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with HOD to develop and deliver the resourcing strategy to build talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs, including campus recruitments and internship opportunities.
- Perform full-cycle of talent acquisition. i.e. Sourcing, Interviewing, Coordinating hiring process, Offer negotiation, etc.
- Utilize recruiting tools/platforms to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently
- Work closely with Hiring Managers on hiring requirements and improving of hiring process.
- In charge for our Centre of Excellence - recruit trainees
- To track and report of recruitment updates to the Management
- Take part in different HR-related activities, projects and initiatives.
- Assisting of other HR matters as per required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Min 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Excellent Analytical and Information Management skills
- Disciplined and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media
- Passion to learn and be involved
- Pleasant and courteous attitude, with strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in English
**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
