Administrative Officer

The Administrative Offier will be required to do the following:
Office Management
- Supporting multiple senior stakeholders
- Responsible for all general office equipment, supplies and stationeries including maintenance, repairs and adequate stock
- Maintain good relationship with vendors and service/delivery personnel
- Implement administrative initiatives and procedures ensuring compliance with office policies
Secretarial
- To provide full admin/secretarial support to Directors
- Responsible for calendar management of meetings and schedule
- Handle routine correspondence and routine follow up actions
- Process expense claim and billing for Directors
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including organising and maintain documents and filing system
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
**Job Requirements**
- Higher Nitec/ Diploma holder
- 3-4 years of related working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good working attitude with pleasant personality
- Good organisational skills, multi-tasker and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated and resourceful
