Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Management:
- Lead, collaborate and motivate cross-functional/regional project teams, including working along senior MDs, COO, Technical leaders.* Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are clear on their roles and deadlines.* Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.* Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders regularly.* Gather and incorporate client feedback to refine project deliverables.Execution and Delivery:
- Oversee the execution of project tasks to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.* Ensure the quality and functionality of digital products meet or exceed client expectations.* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.* Collaborate with HR and department heads to recruit and onboard project staff as needed.* Manage third-party vendors and service providers when necessary.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.* Report on project progress, metrics, and financials to senior management.* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.* Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.Quality Assurance:
