We are looking for CAD Drafter / CAD Designer, passionate to be a BIM Modeller and gain expertise into Construction Industry. If you are a CAD Drafter and wants to intensify your career as a PROFESSIONAL BIM MODELER, then join us and let’s get started.

- Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in AutoCad Software.
- Liaise & Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements
- Develop BIM models for Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
- Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.
- Creation of models and drawings in support of Permitting and Construction that are completed in accordance with timelines, quality, and cost objectives
- Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 years of experience is mandatory as CAD Drafter or CAD Designer.
- Fundamental knowledge and professional experience with AutoCad is mandatory, other design softwares can be an added advantage.
- Have a strong passion for pursuing a career in the construction(BIM) industry.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Qualified Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least One (1) years of AutoCAD experience is must.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Fast learner and a quick thinker

Job Type - Contractual / Temporary
Contract Length - 18/24 Months
