**What will I be doing?**:

- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models, textures, and animations for use in various property or digital projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, concepts, and visual style guidelines.
- Use industry-standard software (such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender) to create and optimize 3D assets.
- Ensure that 3D assets meet technical specifications and performance requirements for real-time rendering environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques related to 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues related to 3D asset creation and implementation.

**What is required of me?**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
- Strong understanding of form, shape, structure, and composition in both 2D and 3D spaces.
- Knowledge of texturing and UV mapping techniques to create realistic materials and surface details.
- Familiarity with real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and their requirements.
- Experience with rigging and animation techniques is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
