**Our Client**:
Our client specializes in real estate services encompassing the planning, design, and management of construction and civil engineering ventures. Moreover, they offer expertise in building renovation, urban and regional development, consulting, and interior design. They are actively seeking an Finance Accounting Executive to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:
・In charge of Corporate Income Tax filing and liaise with tax agent
・In charge of quarterly closing at Company level and input Company level data into consolidation system
・Preparation of Financial statement
・Assist in year-end audit queries for Company level and assist to complete company statutory audit
・Support quarterly consolidation reporting
・Support preparation of transfer pricing documents
・Support Budgeting
・Support branches and subsidiaries taxation and accounting matters
・Any other ad hoc matters assigned by the manager

**Requirements**:
**The Requirements**:
・Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
・Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience including full set of accounting work experience is required
・Responsible and detail-oriented, excellent communication skill and interpersonal abilities are required
・High standard in collaboration and team player
・Proficient in Microsoft Office
