**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Ad Creation:

- Collaborate with the team to develop engaging and effective social media ad campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize your creative skills to develop attention-grabbing visuals and compelling ad copy that aligns with SPARKS Financial's brand identity and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, their preferences, and trends to optimize ad targeting and campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement optimizations to enhance effectiveness.

2. Graphic Design:

- Utilize design tools such as Canva to develop high-quality, on-brand visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, messaging requirements, and marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh, innovative, and visually appealing.

3. Content Collaboration:

- Work closely with the content team to align visual design elements with written content to enhance overall engagement and impact.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as videos, to enhance social media presence and attract audience attention.
- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to develop new and exciting marketing campaigns, initiatives, and visual concepts.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary: $600 to 1k /month**

**Working Hours: 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm**

As an intern, you will have the chance to contribute to real-world marketing campaigns, expand your skills, and gain valuable experience in the field of digital marketing and design.

**Job Types**: Contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per month
