Vending Coordinator

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Handle a series of vending machines and is able to drive Company allocated vehicle to perform duties on site.

Duties performs on-site:

- Replenishment of stock
- Cleaning/maintaining of machines
- Simple troubleshooting
- Collection of money
- Feedback on technical complaints
- Liaises with customer on operational matters
- Proper record of stocks and documentation
- Maintain vehicle assigned

Duties performs off-site:

- Feedback of problematic machine
- Handover daily coins and bills collected from machine
- Handover machine keys
- Key in location transaction
- Stock requisition
- Collect stock

**REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)**
- GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent a plus
- Class 3 license a must
- Physical must be fit and able work in hot environment.
- Can communicate and write simple English language or Chinese language will be advantage.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Have a team player spirit, self-motivation and can be independent.
- Good work ethics and committed to service
- Keen to learn as training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (required)
