YOUR ROLE

To support operations in the daily commitments to the customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
To ensure invoices to internal/external customers are completed within CEVA KPI.
To ensure costs are captured into CEVA in-house system.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Preparation of invoices / credit memos in our in-house system
Carrying out the billing-process and sending out the invoices correctly
Collaborating with customers, third party institutions and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
Support client related invoicing process (client portal requirements)
Arrange COD payments and preparing weekly/monthly related reports to AP team
Arrange monthly order for office stationery & snacks
Complete the tasks/duties, which are assigned by managers
Job file closure in our in-house system

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum GCE ‘ N/ O’ Level or equivalent experience
At least 1 years of related experience in the industries
Computer literate
Competent in Microsoft office skills
Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Good communication and Customer Service skills
Possess initiative and positive attitude
Team player
