As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our clients' digital marketing campaigns to drive maximum performance and achieve their business goals.

The Performance Marketing Analyst will experience an exponential learning curve if you can thrive in a fast-growing environment. You will be exposed to strategic consulting, digital marketing ecosystem and data science tools, and a diverse team from different countries and cultures.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough data analysis and performance tracking to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and development, to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our campaigns are innovative and competitive.
- Generate insightful reports and provide actionable recommendations to clients based on campaign performance and data analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly communicate campaign progress to internal teams and clients.
- Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Requires 1-3 years of working experience in Google, Meta and Linkedin Ads campaign set-up, launch and management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing campaign needs and priorities.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest in making a difference
