Work closely with the project team on site on the production of drawings.
- Produce all required drawings and details for submission and approval.
- Ensure construction documents, parameters information accuracy for BIM Model, including compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.
- Adhere to BIM Execution Plan BIM Project workflow criteria.
- Prepare shop drawings for approval.
- Prepare drawings 3D Model for construction, coordination as built purposes.
- Monitor update model as per site condition changes.
- Able to import integrate other 3D models various softwares (e.g. Sketchup, Rhino etc.)
- Folllow BIM standards, deliverables and Level of Development (LOD) required in the project.
- Create and develop Parametric Family as per parameter depending on specialities of materials.
- Able to adapt with other BIM Modelling tools required in projects.
- In-charge of Clash Detection for AS reports.
- Perform drafting, design calculations.
- Maintain update drawings as needed make corrections drawings as directed by supervisors.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years similar experience as a BIM Modeler in similar capacity.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM softwares/tools, Revit Archi, Planbar, Tekla and MS Office.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
