We are currently seeking a Logistics Assistant to work in our warehouse with the following tasks:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the good running of the outbound shipping by picking and packing based on the order sheet by customer.
- Preparation, labelling and packing SOPS for all markets.
- Set and meet commitment timelines for orders fulfilment.
- Coordinate inbound inventory and stocks required for e-commerce.
- Coordinate orders for in-house retail boutiques and workshops.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot with logistic providers and customer support teams to solve online orders disputes.
- Implement quality control checks for outbound and inbound (including quality control)
- Assist Head of Production and Logistics to provide Finance Department with overall transport spends.
- Experience in handling outbound shipping of dangerous goods.
- Perform system transaction in our in-house warehouse management system.
- Handle any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Diploma or NITEC in logistics management
- Minimum 1 year experience a similar capacity within an FMCG or logistics environment.
- Independent worker
- Attention to details and meticulous.
- Flexibility to help in other areas whenever needed.
- Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn with a strong team spirit mindset.
- Certificate in DG (Dangerous Goods) would be preferred.
