As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support our teams across regions, ensuring alignment with our business goals and enhancing employee engagement.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs, provide HR expertise, and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters, including performance management, talent development, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices in Singapore, Guinea, China, and Malaysia.
- Lead and support talent acquisition efforts, working closely with regional HR teams to attract top talent across multiple geographies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and improve team performance.
- Facilitate leadership development and training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
- Drive the implementation of HR policies and practices, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions.
- Collaborate with leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company strategy across different regions.
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes or expansions.Provide insights and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar capacity in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and practices across Singapore, Guinea, China, and Malaysia.
- Experience working in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in a multinational tech company or startup.
- Knowledge of HR practices in Guinea, China, and Malaysia.Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or French is a plus.
