**工作内容 Job Content**
- 根据SAP系统每日的MRP list确定采购需求，并转成采购订单发给供货商
Work with MRP list run daily in SAP, confirm purchasing requisitions and convert PRs to purchase orders
- 与供货商沟通所有有关订单价格，数量，交期及售后的细节
Follow up purchase orders including discussion with vendors about pricing, order quantity, delivery dates and service
- 在满足销售需求的前提下，控制库存及库存流转率在公司设定的指标内。
Monitor inventory and stock turn at the set target without sacrificing a high service degree to customers
- 协助财务部门确认进货成本
Assist Finance department for invoice verification
- 其他采购相关工作， 例如供应商拜访，质量投诉跟进等。
Other tasks may assigned by the company such as vendor visits, follow-up of quality complaints and etc.
**人员素质要求 Job Requirement**
**1. **学历 Education**
大学本科以上学历，国际经济与贸易，物流等相关专业.
Bachelor or above Degree major in International Economy and Trade, Logistic and etc
**2. **工作经验 Working Experience**
- 至少2年以上物料采购的经验。
At least 2 years work experience in material planning.
**3. **必备的个人性格 Personality**
- 愿意在有压力的氛围下工作。
Willing to learn and work under pressure.
- 乐于处理大量文案工作。
Willing to handle a great deal of paper works
**4. **电脑知识 Computer Skills**
- 熟练操作Office办公软件。
Proficient in office software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc...
- 有使用SAP经验者优先。
Knowledge in SAP will be a plus.
