**Responsibilities**:
As a Legal Counsel supporting Razer’s corporate functions, you will play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across various aspects of the organisation's operations. You will be a member of the HQ Legal team, providing legal support to internal stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters for our global business operations.
- ** Be a Key Legal Partner**:Collaborate closely with Corporate Development, Finance, HR, and Secretariat, providing essential legal support that drives strategic initiatives and business growth
- ** Support High-Stakes Transactions**: Provide legal guidance on transformative projects such as new business initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, investments, divestments, corporate restructuring, major corporate actions, and financing projects, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- ** Negotiate and Execute Complex Deals**: Draft, analyze, negotiate, and finalize intricate commercial transactions with customers and strategic partners across diverse business units, ensuring successful outcomes that align with our business objectives.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Singapore-qualified lawyer with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) at a prestigious law firm, ready to elevate your career in a vibrant environment
- Hands-on training in the Corporate & Commercial or Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) departments, positioning you as a key player in navigating complex legal landscapes.
- Outstanding teamwork and communication skills that foster collaboration with stakeholders and provide exceptional legal support across diverse departments, enhancing your impact within the organization
- A passion for exploring complex legal concepts, coupled with a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development, particularly in innovative fields such as AI and edge computing.
- Adaptable and proactive, able to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
