**Statement Of Purpose _(Overall Purpose of Job)_**

To achieve efficiency and growth through contract management.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
(A) Specific:

- Check and Approval of all purchase orders.
- Verification and negotiation of terms and conditions of contract agreements.
- Handle all legal process pertaining to contracts and warranties.
- Prepare contracts and verification claims from sub-contractor.
- Prepare all necessary report for WIP and management meetings.
- Support sales and project budgeting for various departments.
- Review of bill of quantity or costing before contract signing.
- Support in sales tender process and vendor sourcing.
(B) General:

- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.
- Follow up on payment response and progress payment.
- Support and assist finance department on accounts receivable and cash flow.
- Prepare final accounts and manage collection of retention amount.
- Support to sales team through QS related scope of work.
- Ensure smooth procurement operation supporting project team.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety:

- Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
**Job Requirements**

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Construction related Diploma.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills:

- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills and team management
- Possess own vehicle and Singapore Class 3 driving license
(C) Experience:

- Minimum 3 year of Contracts Manager role in Construction markets experiences

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
