**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage façade & BMU specialist contractors.
- Review and manage design and technical issues with relevant consultants and specialist contractors to ensure submissions and site works are in accordance to contract specifications.
- Ensure delivery of samples, shop drawings, document submissions, visual mock-ups, performance mock-ups, BIM models and site works in accordance to project schedule.
- Ensure all necessary authority approvals are obtained in accordance to project schedule
- Coordinate all interfacing facade details with architectural, structural and M&E components.
- Keep track on variation and claims of contract, time and cost implications and communicate information to Project Manager.
- Monitor progress of façade fabrication and installation works and communicate regularly with the Project Manager
- Ensure quality of works by coordinating with QAQC department to meet specifications and requirements.
- Conduct periodic technical meeting with consultants and specialist contractors & maintain inspection records and documentation of all completed works.

**Requirements**:

- Min 5 years experience in curtain wall coordination for high rise building projects, with unitized curtain wall contract value of at least 5 million.
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Architectural / Building/ Construction Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Attentive to details.
