The Group also provides consultancy for the development and management of retirement living communities.

The Executive will support the Head of Department for the administration, regulatory affairs and quality aspects for the nursing home business. He/she will ensure seamless communication and accurate information sharing between external agencies and internal stakeholders during the course of work. Conduct periodic review of the SOPs and records to ensure compliance and standards so as to achieve the desired outcomes aligned with vision and mission of the company.

**1. Corporate Administration**
- Schedule meetings and minutes recordings.
- Prepare meetings and power point presentations.
- Liaise with ministries and health agencies as part of regulatory and licensing activities.

**2. Regulatory Affairs**
- Ensure and maintain compliance of the following regulations and standards (as applicable):

- Quality Management System (QMS)
- Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS)
- Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMC)
- Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- SS 620:2016 - Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices
- NEA’s Food Hygiene Standards
- Conduct audit in preparation for MOH licensing audit in accordance to ISO, ENHS, PHMC, PDPA, WSH, SS 620 and NEA’s Food Hygiene Standards requirements (as applicable).
- Facilitate and participate in external audits purposes.
- Assist in handling queries from Ministry of Health and Agency for Integrated Care and other health agencies.
- Develop audit checklists tools

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in an eldercare setting.

- Proficient with MS Office
