**Role Responsibilities**
- Responsible for product, sales, service, channel and telematics training to internal and external customers.
- Constantly stay updated with the latest marine industry and reefer technology advancements and regulatory requirements to keep abreast of emerging trends.

**Role Purpose**
- Responsible for leading Global Container Aftermarket & Service training.
- Designing and ensuring training programs to build capabilities across field service and customers including service delivery partners. This will include in-person training where needed and working directly with field service staff to support training delivery at customers sites.
- Incumbent will coordinate global container training schedule and administer training registration through available tools and platform. This role will ensure use and development of electronic media.
- Incumbent will need to work closely with Technical Services Team and assist product Engineers through technical training and presentation manuals.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in engineering or related field, preferably Masters, with at least 4 years of relevant industry and training delivery experience
- Exposure to marine or transport refrigeration segments will be an additional advantage.
- Experience in designing and conducting training on temperature-controlled logistics or similar B2B industry segments will be preferred.
- Proven training delivery and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a simple and easy to understand curriculum format
