**Responsibilities**
- Attend to customer enquiries and sales leads from phone, walk-ins, and queries from online website
- Assessment of suitable helpers to match with employers, and securing placement of the helpers
- Arranging interviews for helpers and employers
- Be the main point of contact for both employers and helpers and advise them as required
- Build and maintain good client relationships with both employers and helpers
- Handle all administrative work for placement of helpers, diligently following up on helper arrival and giving timely updates to employers
- Follow up with any after sales service and counselling to helpers and / or employers

**Job Requirements**
- Possesses CEI (Basic) or willing to take course
- Experience working in an employment agency is an advantage
- Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesian or Bahasa Melayu is an advantage
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Has a sense of ownership and responsibility to service the client end to end and own the client relationship
- Familiar with MOM regulations
- Computer literate
- Able to work in a team

**About the Job**
- 5 day work week (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm)
- Monthly salary + commission
