Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

- Reviews tender documents / requests for proposal to understand project details and requirements
- Provides detailed and accurate quantity and component take-offs against the drawings as specified In the tender document
- Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirement
- Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
- Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
- Assist project manager with the negotiation and award of sub-contractors
- Ensure submission of bonds / warranties from sub-contractors
- Prepare report cost summary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma, Degree or Higher in Quantity Survey,Engineering or similar.
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in Facade industry.
