Designed as a global shared ledger, Partior aims to disrupt the traditional cross-border payment by leveraging on blockchain technology to reduce current frictions and latency, minimizing post transaction exception handling and reconciliation activities.

Key distinguishing features are around privacy solution, complete decentralized hosting and consensus efficiency - providing a commercial scalability which enables it to be a platform of choice for hosting multiple CBDCs and commercial bank digital currencies.

To encourage broad participation across the banking industry, Partior is actively engaging leading banks to join the platform to establish the scale required to benefit the industry.

**Objectives of this Role**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a vision and concept of our FX settlement and post-trade product.
- Take lead of feature development, prioritisation scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project.
- Work with internal and external stakeholder to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to strategic objectives.

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re understood by the development teams.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
- Lead the product-release plans and delivery of new functionalities.
- Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally and sharing product expertise

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in FX domain, with knowledge of post-trade.
- Knowledge of agile process and principles is an asset.
- Understanding of business value around feature/functions specific to FX domain.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
- FX technology knowledge is an asset.

**Preferable Individual qualities**
- Solution-driven: Practical and resourceful.
- Hands-on; willing and able to assist with ad-hoc requests from other teams.
- Has learning agility to keep abreast of latest technology and best practices
- Team player and works well in a team that values open communication
