Immediate Hiring for Adobe Analytics Engineer

**min 2 to 8 yrs of experience
**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and configure Adobe Analytics to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams to define key metrics, goals, and tracking requirements.
- Design and develop custom tracking solutions using JavaScript, Adobe Launch, and other relevant technologies.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for analytics implementation and tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all digital properties.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshooting of analytics implementations to ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of Adobe Analytics tools and best practices.
- Analyze and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for improving digital performance and user experience.
- Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in web analytics and digital marketing technologies.
- Execute custom import and export jobs on the Adobe Analytics platform.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for implementing and customizing analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of web analytics concepts and best practices.
- Experience with data layer implementation and tag management systems.
- Ability to create and interpret complex data reports and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Adobe Analytics or Adobe Launch.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) integration.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Experience with mobile app analytics and tracking.
