The key responsibilities:

- Must be able to plan and organise work schedules and supervising the work of tile installers.
- Ensuring that all tiling work meets industry standards and specifications.
- Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed by the team.
- Providing training and guidance to tile installers.
- Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Conducting quality control checks on all completed tiling work.
- Preparing reports on job progress and completion.
- Ensuring that all work is completed within project deadlines and budget constraints.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of tile installation techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of tile installers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
