- Position Title**:Service Engineer (ACMV/ HVAC)**:

- Working Location: Kaki Bukit (8 mins walking distance from the MRT)
- Working Hours**:5 days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6 PM)**:

- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Mobile Allowance + Variable Bonus + Annual Profit Sharing
- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend to customer sales & technical enquiries and complaints, including on-site visits.
- Support Direct Manager in the sales of spare parts, including delivery.
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical issues.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning.
- Provide pre and post-sales value-added services / technical assistance to all sub-contractors and customers.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of technical & hands-on experience with knowledge in Bus air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license.
- Prior Sales experience is not mandatory but will be an added advantage.
