Supervisor

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain daily outlet operations including coaching, performance of staff, upkeep outlet cleanliness, answer calls, maintain equipments, etc
- Works effectively, optimises resources, demonstrates leadership and assist Manager
- Co-operate with others, maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations, able to handle employee grievances
- Conduct review meeting to follow up on individual and group progress and provide positive and negative feedbacks and motivate group members
- Good inventory management, ensuring accurate stock level and transactions
- Strategise service approach to customer and assist to train and develop Therapists and Consultants
- Manage outlet Human Resource responsibilities such as Annual Leaves, shift arrangement, etc.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year experience as a Hair or Beauty Supervisor
- Passionate in hair industry and willing to serve customer sincerely and whole-heartedly
- Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
- Cheerful, outgoing personality and self-driven
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
