**About the Role**:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented **Tea-ristas**to join our event team As a Tea-rista, you will operate a live bubble tea station at corporate events, weddings, and private parties. You’ll be the face of our brand, preparing delicious bubble teas on-site and delivering a memorable experience to guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and dismantle the live bubble tea station before and after events.
- Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to our recipes and standards.
- Engage warmly with guests, take their orders, and recommend drink options if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the station throughout the event.
- Manage stock levels during the event (toppings, cups, straws, etc.).
- Assist with basic reporting after the event (e.g., number of cups served, feedback).
- Represent the brand positively with a professional and cheerful attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Prior F&B or event experience is a bonus but not necessary — training provided
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing for several hours and handling basic food preparation.
- Must be available on weekends or weekdays depending on event schedules.

**Bonus if you have**:

- Food hygiene certificate.
- Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or in F&B service.
- Interest in bubble tea culture and trends.
